Nicholas Vernon, CPA is a Vice President of Finance and Accounting at 109Co. He oversees the firm’s accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and tax return preparation activities. Nicholas joined 109Co in November 2023 and has over 10 years of accounting experience.

Before joining 109Co, Nicholas was a Senior Property Accountant at Fairstead. Prior to that, Nicholas worked for 7 years at C&C Affordable Management in various accounting and reporting capacities. Nicholas is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the state of New York.

Nicholas received an MBA in Accounting from Baruch College and a BA in Accounting from Oakwood University.
