Chris Lee is a Vice President of Property Management at 109Co. Chris oversees the firm’s property management business. Chris joined 109Co in April 2024 and has over 7 years of property management experience.

Before working at 109Co, Chris worked as a Property Manager at Dalan where he oversaw a 300+ unit portfolio across 24 buildings. Prior to that, Chris worked as a Property Manager and other property management functions at Corsair Management, Tri-Hill Management and Akelius Real Estate.

Chris received a BA in Communications from University at Albany - State University of New York.
